Upon purchase we will email you within a few days confirming your VIP package and details from stillremainsvip@gmail.com.

Additionally, VIPs will receive an email from stillremainsvip@gmail.com approximately 1–7 days before the performance date with instructions regarding the fulfillment and details regarding day of show information. 

You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER on your order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER on the order will not be granted admission. There are no exceptions.  Additional VIP tickets may be purchased at the same time, but the purchaser must be present with the additional parties.

All VIP Upgrade sales are final, and non-transferable.
VIP Upgrades cannot be exchanged or resold and are not redeemable for cash.

Please check with the venue directly for any age restrictions. VIPs understand that fulfillment activities may be conducted before the applicable show and VIPs may be required to arrive at least 1–4 hours before door time. All pre-show programs and times may vary date-to-date and are subject to modification at any time.  By purchasing a VIP Upgrade, you will not gain or be authorized access into any venue-specific VIP or backstage areas. No parent escorts without their own VIP package purchased will be permitted. 

Purchasing a VIP package gives Still Remains permission to send show-specific information via e-mail, and/or SMS (standard text message).
